If you have an issue with your order please contact us within 30 days of receipt. 

Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be reshipped to us in new condition with backing paper intact so they can be resold. If one or more items have already been used, we will refund the difference.

(WINDOW BANNERS)

To be eligible for a refund, window banner must be reshipped to us in new condition with backing paper intact so it can be resold.

 CUSTOM DECALS / STICKERS 

Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Please make sure to review your requested design with us prior to accepting. Once a design as been approved by you it cannot be cancelled.

1 YEAR MANUFACTURE WARRANTY 

Here at Overnight Crew, we stand by our products. However, if your product does have a defect we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. If the same item is not available then we can discuss other options.
